Charles Besondy is recognized as a champion for B2B marketing optimization and transformation. He is also a leading authority on the topic of interim management, and is a certified Funnel Coach.
If a company suspects their marketing is under-performing, or not
aligned to business goals, Charles steps in to right the ship with
hands-on management, consulting, training and/or coaching.
Besondy
is an executive with eight years consulting and interim management
experience. This is underpinned by 25 years of marketing leadership
primarily within small and mid-market software businesses in Seattle
and Austin.
Charles launched his first practice, One Ranger Interim Management in 2006. In August 2007 he became affiliated with the national interim provider firm, OneAccord Partners. He was a principal with OneAccord until July 2009 when he formed Besondy Consulting & Interim Management, LLC.
In January 2009 he became affiliated with MathMarketing of Melbourne, Australia as a certified Funnel Coach for North America.Besondy is a frequent business speaker, blogger, and author.
His book, "Leadership On Demand . . .", and his blog, "One Riot - One Ranger" present useful advice on how companies can drive growth by leveraging interim leadership in marketing and sales functions.
His other blog, "The Sales Funnel Fanatic", presents perspectives on how companies can increase revenue growth by aligning Sales and Marketing to the sales funnel.
