Charles Besondy is recognized as a champion for B2B marketing optimization and transformation. He is also a leading authority on the topic of interim management, and is a certified Funnel Coach.

If a company suspects their marketing is under-performing, or not aligned to business goals, Charles steps in to right the ship with hands-on management, consulting, training and/or coaching.

Besondy is an executive with ten years consulting and interim management experience. This is underpinned by 25 years of marketing leadership primarily within small and mid-market software businesses in Seattle and Austin.

Besondy is a frequent business speaker, blogger, and author.


His book, "Leadership On Demand . . .", and his blog, "One Riot - One Ranger" present useful advice on how companies can drive growth by leveraging interim leadership in marketing and sales functions.
